Instructions for Retrieving
the Original Images
To present these pictures on the web I usually have to drastically reduce their size and sometimes edit the picture for quality. If you wish to print these pictures the original full-size picture would be better. This is how you can retrieve it from our website.
To get the original (before resizing/editing) of any picture, click into the picture you want. In the url address box of your browser you will find the address of that particular picture. In that address change /photos/ to /OrigPics/ (notice the capital letters).
Example:
Change:
to:
Notice: There may be no original pictures for
some of the older pics and those that might have been scanned in.
If you have any problems or questions
email
me.

This should bring up the original picture as it
came straight from the camera. In the more current pictures this means you will
get the very large image, but it is more suitable for printing. Here you
can right click on the picture and do a 'save as' to your machine. You may
have to edit for quality/sharpness/rotation.
Pictures may be used for personal use only.
Notice that personal use does not include a website that is open to the
general public.
